These are incredibly moist and fluffy muffins. Like, super tender. I love it. I don’t think I have ever made such fluffy muffins (or cupcakes) before. These are technically naked cupcakes, but since they don’t have frosting, I have declared them muffins.
I love fish sticks. Love love love them. Especially the boxed kind. Sometimes I question what they actually make them with, because they are too delicious to be real fish, right? Fish is fishy tasting, and even mild white fish still has a hint of that fishy taste. Why don’t fish sticks have this taste? Since I am quite particular about it, I had to figure out a way to make fish more appetizing at home so that I wouldn’t be limited to the expensive store-bought healthy fish-sticks that I rarely buy, or feeling guilty for eating the unhealthy cheap stuff.
I mentioned before that my boyfriend and I would venture out in to Toronto in search of dinner. Our usual stops were often ethnic cuisine because of the wide variety of flavours their dishes had. We eventually went through a phase where we tried to find the best Indian food for an affordable price. Chana Masala and dosa’s were a continuous winner for us, and it seemed we could never grow tired of the flavours. Each place would make them slightly different. We never agreed on what were our favourite locations. Our favourites were all good. Life was good then.
